albicans, maleDiagnosis and Notes

The wing is pale yellowish, without markings; the AR is1.07-1.19, the SD is 3, 11-15. The combination of these characters together with the absence of teeth from both the maxillae and mandibles makes recognition easy. The male genitalia as shown; the ventral root of the basistyle foot-shaped and the ninth sternite membrane with a few spicules.
