Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are pale, without markings. Dzhafarov states that it differs from all other known species with plain wings by the male genitalia, but from the figure these resemble those of C. heliophilus, differing only in minor details which could be natural variation. No details were given of the antennal ratio or sensilla distribution. Gutsevich (1973) comments that it resembles C. dzhafarovi or C. firuzae. Both Gutsevich (1973) and Glukhova (1989) list it among the species for which no other information is available.
