Diagnosis and Notes
The wings have a pale spot just beyond the second radial cell, and very faint pale spots at the ends of cells r5, m1, m2 and cu; cell an pale at the base. Kremer (1966) gives the female AR as 1.13; no data are available for the sensilla distribution. The male genitalia have the posterior margin of the ninth tergite with a central notch; the ventral roots of the basistyles foot-shaped, the ninth sternite membrane bare.
