Diagnosis and Notes
A species with greyish wings with prominent pale spots on the basal two-thirds, and faint pale spots cut by the wing margin in cells r5, m1, m2 and cu. The second radial cell is dark. The female AR is 1.3; sensilla distribution not given. The male genitalia as shown; the ninth tergite with a wide posterior margin, the ninth sternite membrane bare. Glukhova (1989) compares it with C. duddingstoni; from the figures it is probably one of the festivipennis group
