Diagnosis and Notes
Arnaud (1956) describes it as a
yellowish-brown species , the second radial cell pale and with no dark spot
in the cubital cell. Female antennal SD 3, 11-15; AR 0.97-1.20. The third
segment of the palp bears a number of small scattered sensory pits. The male
genitalia with a number of short bristles on the inner aspect of the
basistyle, and the parameres long and tapering and with a small tuft of hairs
at their ends. The ninth tergite has a small central notch, the membrane
bear.
