Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are unmarked; but
differs from most others with unmarked wings in that the eyes are hairy. The
female AR is 1.0-1.2; the SD is 3, 10-15.
The male genitalia with the ninth tergite with a deep central notch,
the ninth sternite membrane bare.
The female wing is not illustrated; the figure of the male genitalia is from
Glukhova (1989).
