Diagnosis and Notes
The wing is dark greyish with
prominent pale spots; it closely resembles that of leucostictus but lacks
the additional pale spot just above vein m1 and beyond the second radial cell
spot. The female AR is1.11-1.50; the SD is 3-15. There is a single
peg-top-shaped spermatheca. The male genitalia as shown, the ninth sternite
membrane spiculate.
The figure of the wing is from Khamala & Kettle (1971); that of the male
genitalia and spermatheca from Boorman (1979).
