Diagnosis and Notes
A small dark species with unmarked
wings; the female AR is 1.09-1.30 and the SD is 3, 7, 9, 11-14. The male genitalia
are very like those of C. pseudoheliophilus; the
posterior margin of the ninth tergite is almost straight, and the ninth
sternite membrane is bare.
No figure of the wing was available; the figure of the male genitalia is from
Glukhova (1989).
