Diagnosis and Notes

The wings are greyish with pale spots as in the figure; the second radial cell dark and the marginal spots in r5, m1 and m2 reaching the wing margin. The female AR is 0.94-0.98; the SD 3, 7-10. There are two spermathecae with short necks. The male genitalia are typical of the similis group; the ventral roots of the basistyles foot-shaped, the parameres long with four or five barbs, the ninth sternite membrane bare.
