Diagnosis and Notes

The pale markings are confined to a spot on R-M, 0ne over and extending to just beyond the second radial cell, and an ill-defined one in the anal cell. There are macrotrichia in both the anal and cubital cells. SD 3, 11-15; AR 1.02-1.05. Third segment of the palp slender, a fairly large single sensory pit near the distal end. The male genitalia are much like C. obsoletus, but the aedeagus has well-marked angular shoulders. The figures of both wing and genitalia are from Glukhova 1989.
