Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are greyish with
prominent pale spots; the spot just beyond the second radial cell just clips
the end of that cell.. There are pale spots at the margins of cells r5, m1,
m2 and cu, which are cut by the wing margin. The male genitalia are very like
those of the festivipennis group, save that the dististyles
are bent almost to a right angle half-way along their length; the ninth
sternite membrane bare.
