Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are very pale, with a
scarcely visible very small pale spot just beyond the second radial cell. The
third segment of the female palp swollen, with a very extensive and deep
sensory pit; the AR 1.11 and the SD 3-15. This species is very like kibunensis,
but the male genitalia differ in having the posterior margin of the ninth
tergite much less emarginate, and the ninth sternite membrane spiculate.
The figures are from Kremer (1966).
