Diagnosis and Notes
The wings unmarked; the female AR
1.05 and the SD 3, 7-14. The third segment of the palp is moderately swollen,
with a large but shallow sensory pit at the distal end. The male genitalia
very reminiscent of ; the tergite margin deeply cleft, the aedeagus broad,
the ninth sternite membrane with a few spicules.
The figure of the male genitalia is from Glukhova (1989); the wing not
illustrated.
