Diagnosis and Notes

The wing is greyish, with two well-marked pale spots at the costa, one over the cross-vein extending to the costa and the other over and including the second radial cell; also the tip of the wing in r5 and m1 pale, a pale area at the base of cell m, and pale spots in cu and an. The female AR is 0.86-0.93; the SD is 3, 11-15; there are three spermathecae. The male genitalia with a very deeply cleft ninth tergite margin; the dististyle long and slender, the ninth sternite barely emarginate and the membrane bare. See also matsuzawai.
