Diagnosis and Notes
Kieffer describes this species having iridescent bluish wings (his 1925 description is quoted by Kremer (1966)) with pale spots. Kremer likens it to cubitalis (i.e. kibunensis) but the only species with bluish or purplish wings in the dry state is festivipennis. Only the female is known, and no figures of the wing were given so its identity remains a mystery.
