Culicoides numomemaguri Kitaoka 1980: 18. TL Japan.
Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are pale, the radial
cells darkened and a faint suggestion of a small pale spot just beyond the
second radial cell. The female AR is 0.99-1.05; the SD is 3, 11-15. The eyes
are hairy; two subequal spermathecae with short necks.
The male is unknown; the wing is not illustrated here.
