Diagnosis and Notes
Wings dark, the markings vague
except for the pale spot on the cross-vein and over the tip of the second
radial cell. The original description states that it is very like chiopterus,
but larger and with bare eyes. SD 3, 11-15; AR 1.04-1.25. Third segment of
the palp slender, with a single sensory pit near the apex. There are two
ovoid spermathecae. Described from seven females only; the male is unknown.
