Diagnosis and Notes
The wing is greyish with abundant macrotrichia;
two pale spots, one over the cross-vein from the costa to vein m, the other
just beyond the second radial cell, which is dark. The female AR is1.28; the
SD is 3-14. The mesonotum has a distinctive pattern of dark bands (see the
figures in Arnaud (1956)). The male genitalia as shown; the aedeagus
triangular, and the parameres sharply bent from their base, tapering, and
ending in a blunt tip with a few hairs.
