Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are described as pale,
unmarked, with a yellowish tinge. The female AR is 0.96-1.08; the SD is 3-10.
The female palp third segment is swollen with a large, deep sensory pit. The
male genitalia has a narrow, elongate ninth tergite, the ninth sternite
membrane is bare; the parameres long, simple, bent over the distal third and
tapering to a fine point with a few fine hairs. The ventral root of the
basistyle is foot-shaped.

Dzhafarov (1962).
