Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are unmarked, much like
other members of the heliophilus group; the female AR is 1.0-1.1,
the SD is 3, 11-15. The male appears to be unknown.
The figure of the wing is from Dzhafarov (1964), the palp and spermathecae
from Glukhova (1989).
