Diagnosis and Notes
The second radial cell is partly
pale; the pale spots at the edge of the wing are cut by the wing margin, as
in pictipennis;
but it differs from that species in having only a very narrow dark band
between the pale spots in the anal cell AN. The female AR is 1.1-1.3, and the
SD is 3-15. Dzhafarov’s (1960) figure shows the membrane spiculate; it is
shown bare in Glukhova’s figure.
