Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are whitish, without markings, with the second radial cell black as in C. parroti; but the mesonotum is uniformly dark, without black dots, and the halteres are pale. The posterior margin of the ninth tergite of the male is strongly lobed, with a deep central notch, and the ninth sternite membrane is spiculate. The female AR is 0.94-1.08; the SD is 3,8-10. There is a single spermatheca, with a short diverticulum. The figures of the wing and genitalia are from Edwards (1939); and that of the spermatheca from Kremer (1966) (as stigmoides).
