Diagnosis and Notes
A smallish species, very similar to C. fascipennis in having a pale band of spots across the wing at the level of the cross-vein R-M, but there are also vague pale areas in cells cu and m2. In dry specimens a pair of brown lateral vittae are present on the mesonotum. The male genitalia are almost identical to those of C. pallidicornis. The female AR is 1.04-1.09; the SD is 3,11-15.
The figures are from Glukhova (1989).
