Diagnosis and Notes
The wings are unmarked; the female
AR is 1.08-1.17 and the SD is 3-14. The male genitalia are very distinctive,
particularly the posterior margin of the ninth tergite and the parameres.
No figure of the wing is available. The figure of the male genitalia is from
Glukhova (1989).
