Diagnosis and Notes
An Avaritia closely allied to suzukii
(Kitaoka gives characters to differentiate the two species). The wing whitish
with darker markings, the second radial cell pale. The female AR is
1.10-1.18, the SD 3, 11-15. The male genitalia with the margin of the ninth
tergite with a deep central notch; the aedeagus with a short central peg, the
ninth sternite widely emarginate, the membrane bare.
